Please complete all information below. You are responsible for completing the Warranty Registration form and submitting to EZ-Dumper®. Warranty coverage begins on the date the product is originally invoiced to the end-user, or on the date the new product was first put into service, whichever comes first. You can view our complete warranty on page 12 of the owner’s manual.
For eligible claims to be honored under warranty, you must submit a completed “Warranty Registration” form to EZ-Dumper within 15 days of the date the product is invoiced to the end-user, or the date the new product was first put in to service, whichever comes first. Warranty claims without warranty registration, or with warranty registration submitted beyond these 15 days, will not be honored.
Receipt of completed warranty registration by EZ-Dumper establishes the date on which the warranty coverage begins and validates the warranty.
